Fully Integrated Structural Building System (FISBS)

Image 1

A structural wall / roof system constructed with a primary structural aluminum frame, a secondary composite panel frame, and a multie-stemmed pre-stressed concrete floor that can be transported without the use of a trailer or crane. The system withstands hurricane force winds in exceeding 175MPH, is non- combustible, is highly energy efficient, is completely GREEN construction and has the appearance of conventional site-built buildings.

This is a complete building system and does not require a site-built foundation to comply with the requirements of the Florida Building Code.

System provides:

  • Concealed locking beam
  • Complete structural diaphragm through the steel skins
  • Highly energy efficient with a thermal rating of R28 walls and R30 roofs
  • Completely non-combustible structure
  • Mold resistant
  • Resists insect and rot degradation
  • Low maintenance

Component Parts Include:

  • Primary structural aluminum frame
  • Secondary composite panel frame
  • Multi-stemmed pre-stressed concrete floor

Raised Foundation

A structural wall / roof system comprised of 24” wide x or 3.5” metal faced insulated panel with an integral rectangular electrical chase. The sections are joined together on the long parallel edges with a concealed locking beam that provides the structural capacity to withstand high wind loads. The Wall / Roof system is a rigid frame structure that is self-supporting. This Main Wind Force Resisting System (MWFRS) completes the Attainable Homes Fully Integrated Structural Building System (FISBS).

Floor Design

The Multi-Stemmed Pre-Stressed Concrete Floor is an innovative and structurally efficient flooring system designed to provide exceptional load-bearing capabilities and superior durability. This advanced construction technique combines the strength of pre-stressed concrete with the versatility of multi-stemmed design, resulting in a floor that can support heavy loads and span large distances without compromising on stability.

The multi-stemmed prestressed floor system doubles as the foundation and does not require extraneous anchors or tie down devices.
